By booking and joining online training/behaviour consultation with Muttamorphosis Dog Training & Behaviour, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions listed below.
Online Training Waiver & Disclaimer
- I understand that dogs are unpredictable animals and that I am taking part in this online dog training activity at my own risk. I agree that Muttamorphosis Dog Training will not accept any liability for any damage to property, loss or injury to myself, dogs other people or their guests Neither Muttamorphosis Dog Training or its employees shall be liable to me or any other party whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or reach of statutory duty of otherwise arising out of my participation in online dog training activities.
- I understand that Muttamorphosis Dog Training does not guarantee results from its online training courses and that no refund will be offered if I do not see results from the tuition.
- I grant permission to Muttamorphosis Dog Training to use any photographs or videos of training my dog/s for educational and/or promotional purposes in any type of media.
- I hereby agree and covenant for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and anyone else who may claim on my behalf to waive, release and discharge Muttamorphosis Dog Training and its employees from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with or in any way related to this online training course.
T&Cs for Private Lessons
By booking a private training/behaviour consultation with Muttamorphosis Dog Training & Behaviour, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions listed below.
We will do our very best to guide you and help you make progress with your dog during the training process. Please remember, attending one training lesson does not result in a well-trained dog. It depends on your family’s input at home, daily. Some clients feel they need ongoing support and some feel they have the skill to continue unaided after block booking lessons with us. Either way, training is a skill learned by you and your dog. Like any learned behaviour, if you don’t practice daily, you & your dog will lose that skill over time.
Please read the T&C’s below paying particular attention to our cancellation policy.
- When booking training session/s, dates will be agreed upon by us (Muttamorphosis) and by you (the customer) in advance and confirmed once payment has been made and your questionnaire returned. You will have booked a specific time/date for this lesson. If, for your own reasons you cannot then attend the confirmed date/time, rescheduling is only possible if 2 working days notice is given. Otherwise your booking for that date/time will be non-refundable.
- If we (Muttamorphosis) need to cancel an appointment, this lesson will be rescheduled to a date and time which suits you.
- Payment for training/behaviour is taken in advance in order to confirm your appointment. This is to avoid last minute cancellations, which had sadly become a regular occurance.
- Muttamorphosis staff are there to help you and your dog. We will endeavour to engage with customers with courtesy and respect and ask that you do the same with us.
- We make every effort to accept and support learners with special needs. Please let us know if you or your dog have any special needs so that we can strive to accommodate these. This applies to allergies also.
- In the unlikely event you have a concern or complaint, please contact us in writing by emailing sue@muttamorphosis.co.uk and we will respond as soon as possible.
- If your bitch comes into season during a course of training and you would like to continue with the lessons, this is fine with us. Please let us know, so we can chat through any concerns you may have and facilitate the training progresses with ease. However the control of your dog remains your full responsibility at all times.
- It is recommended that all dogs attending training have completed, as puppies, a full vaccination course as per veterinary guidelines. If you make an informed decision not to vaccinate your dogs beyond puppy stage, please let us know so that we can ensure you are aware of the risks involved.
T&Cs for Group Classes
By joining a Muttamorphosis Class, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the statements below.
We will do our very best to guide you and help you make progress with your dog during the training course. Please remember, attending one training course does not necessarily make a well trained dog. Training is a skill learned by you and your dog. Like any learned behaviour, if you don’t practice daily, you & your dog will lose that skill.
Please read the T&C’s below paying particular attention to our cancellation policy.
- You have booked onto a specific course. If, you cannot attend a class for whatever reason, your class place cannot be substituted for future classes, nor will a refund be offered. You are welcome to send your dog to class with a family member or friend in lieu of you attending.
- If, due to unforeseen reasons, we need to cancel a class, this class will be rescheduled so that you won’t miss out.
- Group training sessions suit dogs who can focus and be reasonably calm around strange people and other dogs. However, this doesn’t mean they have to be well behaved (if that was true, you wouldn’t be joining a dog training class!). On very rare occasions a dog may find the group sessions too stressful to learn. If this is the case, we may suggest that the class environment isn’t suitable. You may be offered a refund on the remaining classes or an alternative private session lasting an hour.
- Class numbers are kept low to ensure that all learners receive attention during the training course. Please note however that before, during and after class, your dog is your own responsibility. He/she must be controlled at all times by you, the owner. Muttamorphosis is not held responsible for any damage done by your dog to another dog, person or property.
